This means our carriers will bring your order to your front door, building entrance, or curbside, but won’t typically carry it inside your home.   • What This Includes – Drivers typically bring items to your home’s entryway or just inside the lobby of an apartment building if accessible. They do not unpack, assemble, or remove packaging.
  • Why We Use It – Threshold or curbside delivery helps keep costs lower for you. It also speeds up shipping for most customers because it requires less coordination than in-home setups.

3. Possible Free Upgrades

  • When Upgrades Happen – Sometimes we can upgrade deliveries to an in-home service at no additional cost. However, we cannot confirm in advance if your order will be eligible.
  • No Inquiries on Eligibility – Because of varying factors like your location, carrier routes, or warehouse policies, we can’t reply definitively about free upgrades before you purchase. If you receive an upgrade, you’ll be notified when your shipment is arranged.
