  • Carriers Used – For smaller home décor items, accessories, and non-furniture purchases, we generally rely on major ground carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Tracking & Notifications – Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link or number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey in real time.
  • Delivery Times – Most standard ground deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse and any potential carrier delays.

3. How Furniture and Large Items Ship

  • Freight Delivery – Heavier or oversized furniture typically ships via specialized freight carriers.
  • Curbside or Threshold Delivery – Our standard freight service usually delivers to the nearest ground-level entrance (e.g., curbside or building lobby). Drivers do not unpack or assemble the item unless otherwise noted.
  • Scheduling – For large freight shipments, the carrier may contact you directly to coordinate a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item upon arrival.

4. What Standard Delivery Does Not Include

  • White-Glove Service – Our standard shipping does not come with in-home placement, setup, or packaging removal. If you prefer these services, contact our Customer Care team to discuss any available upgrades (additional fees may apply).
