- Before Your Order Ships – If you contact us quickly (and the order hasn’t begun processing or shipment), we can generally cancel your order without any issues.
- After Your Order Ships – Once your order has left our warehouse, we can’t stop the shipment. However, you can still initiate a return or exchange after your order arrives by following our Return & Exchange Policy.

- Provide Your Order Details – Be ready to share your order number and the reason for cancellation if applicable.
- Confirmation – We’ll confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation. If it is, we’ll send you an email to confirm the successful cancellation.

- Payment Reversal – If you’re within the eligible cancellation window, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.
- Processing Time – It typically takes 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
